Yoga in children helps to develop essential skills necessary for their physical development

During the class we explore traditional yoga poses in a fun and creative way with an underlying focus on educating and empowering the children 

The class is a mixture of breathing exercises, songs, movement, stories (often created by the children’s imagination), games and an introduction to mindfulness and relaxation

It is a fun way to develop skills within a non competitive environment, it aids physical and emotional development but most importantly it is great fun for our little ones!
