A Mamaste mum and baby yoga class is just that – a class whereby you can enjoy yoga under the guidance of a qualified postnatal yoga teacher in a safe environment with your new baby. Our classes work with your body, gently rebuilding strength from the inside out and mindfully helping to return your body to its pre-pregnancy state.
We always begin with a warm up and massage for baby, followed by lovely stretching and strengthening sequences. There will be a post-natal practice for mum – babies are incorporated into this practice and it is all done through songs and rhyme. We finish each session with a relaxation for mum and baby, ultimately the class is a prefect balance to support you both mentally and physically as you adapt to your new life as a mummy.
The classes are baby led so please don’t worry about your baby crying or if they need feeding or changing or just need a cuddle. It’s a great opportunity to meet other new Mums, remember we are all in this journey together!
After each session there’s always time for a well-deserved cup of tea and cake
New Mum Strength and Stretch
Thursdays 6:30pm-7:15pm through Zoom
Classes are £12 for 4 weeks

A gentle restorative class with yoga based movements and relaxation, focusing on rebuilding strength and working into those areas that cause common aches and niggles associated with motherhood. Relax, stretch and calm your body and mind
